I was really surprised to see bad reviews about CNY veterinary clinic. My experiences with them have been very positive. I took my 6 month old puppy there to get neutered, and the staff was amazing. And later that night when he was experiencing severe pain, I got a call back within 5 minutes from an actual vet telling me what to do! And another time, my dog had eaten raisins at 10pm, again, a vet called me back in 5 minutes. I have had plenty of bad experiences with other area vets, which is why I will continue using CNY. Thank you.

The way this facility is run is truly awful. The staff members are uneducated, often forgetting to schedule necessary follows up noted by Dr's, they didn't even provide discharge instructions when my dog was sedated for a procedure! I had to ask for them, and the Dr's were too busy to provide I assume, or even a technician with the proper expertise wasnt available! I had to follow up a week later as I was given no guidance as to what to expect, how to care, or how long the medicine lasted, etc. Just truly shocking how careless the staff can be, as other reviewers have commented. You feel like a number here, no personalized care or attention given. They are likely under staffed, but, we are paying a small fortune for services, and deserve the proper attention and care, nonetheless. Additionally, I have NEVER been given a correct quote for a procedure over the phone. Literally every single time I've called to verify a cost, (which I do several times), the info is different & conflicts with last call, etc. And, when I brought this to the Vets ATTN to inquire if they could honor a previous quote I was given, they denied it, trying to make excuses that the woman I spoke to 1st was "new". How about doing whats right on behalf of your customers & having morals, integrity and ethics? That's what gets customer loyalty. I will never go back here. Denied to waive a 50 fee for a mis-quote for Euthanasia, in which I was pro-active and asked all the right questions to ascertain if I could afford it. It is hard enough as it is dealing w/ the loss of a loved pet, but you refuse to waive a measly 50 for a repeat customer as your employee provided incorrect info?

We have other animals and will continue going there absolutely.

Sadly he went downhill fast. We called on a Sunday because his time had come and we got right in. Dr. Evan was great in Cooper's final time here and was great with us on such a sad day.

My dog was in need of emergency medical assistance, though he is not a patient here I still reached out in hopes of soaring my poor old11 year old boxer from suffering but they refused to see him....they should be ashamed of themselves for not trying to help any animal in need in emergencies. Shame shame shame on you for not being a good veterinary practitioner.

Speaks volumes of their ethics and how they value their customers. Just a number here, folks! Majorly Disappointing. :( Oh, and I like how they make an half a** attempt to comment on public forum to ask you to email or call to further discuss, that is a joke, as I have already taken that approach 4 times! You refused to treat me like I was valued, or hear my voice or concerns, but yet you come out here to leave comments in public to make it seem like you truly care. I'll save anyone doing research ahead of time, NO, they do NOT, the VETS themselves are the ones whom denied my request to waive a fee for mis-quote. I guess 50 was worth losing a customer with other pets we bring to your office. I urge anyone to look for a compassionate, proper'y run facility, with educated staff and Doctors that treat you like more than a number.

We have been taking all of our fur babies here for the last 7 years. In Nov.2016 our girl Fiona fell ill very fast. Her platelets had stopped allowing her blood to clot, and she was hemorrhaging to death. I rushed to the vet in my pajamas and Fiona was taken in right away. Unfortunately due to the severity of her condition she had to be sent out to Cornell. Had it not been for Dr. Trent and staff to assess Fiona, our girl would no longer be with us. Dr. Evan and his entire staff is always amazing with our girl , as we have to come in quite frequently for blood work as well as being hospitalized for her pancreatitis. I've cried many times on their shoulders and have been embraced with open arms. I could not ask for better service or kindness. Fiona loves to visit Dr. Evan and his entire staff, so much so she just walks off with them in the back like it's her second home. Thank you for everything. 2 paws way up!

Our dog had major surgery with Dr. Evan. We didn't know what the outcome would be but he came through it great. Unfortunately he had some anomaly on his liver. He had already been through 2 major surgeries the past few years and was getting up in age so we kept an eye on him. He slowly deteriorated and we tried a few more options.
